The Sorrow of War

An amazing Vietnamese novel I will proudly recommend for my friends. You, however, can doubt my judgment since apparently, I am from Vietnam. However, how about taking a try?

The novel’s description is so real that at some moments, it gives me goosebumps. The whole novel is basically a sad story, but I think it is meaningful in a way that it brings us to the dirtiest, saddest and most depressing unseen parts of the war. It will make you think and take a critical look at the meaningless war which was triggered by a few, yet caused the life of many.
